‘Buyback Our Future’ Nets More Than 157 Unwanted Guns
It’s been four years since Vallejo had a gun buyback, and in that time dozens of lives have been lost in area incidents involving firearms — including Eric Reyes and Robby Poblete.
Now the mothers of these two homicide victims — Isabele Reyes and Pati Poblete — are trying to turn their pain into progress and hope, starting separate foundations named after their sons.
