Hoping to turn a reminder of her son’s murder into an education tool, the woman behind the Robby Poblete Foundation is soliciting help from the Vallejo arts community to create a metal sculpture from the guns procured at the Aug. 26 Solano County Gun Buyback at the Solano County Fairgrounds.
